Manufactured from 1995-97. Resembles a pen until you pull and bend it into the shape of an "L". With an original black nylon pouch with leather label and instruction sheet.

Excellent, 99% of the matte stainless finish remains with a drag line front the pocket clip and some minor freckling. Mechanically fine. Pouch is very good with some flaking and cracking on the leather label.
