Manufactured in 1960. Hooded ram front sight and Lyman receiver sight with the Winchester factory oval proof on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. The letter "X" has been added to the serial number. The trigger guard assembly does not have sporting markings but does have to "O.T." and "Pull" marked adjustment screws. The high comb pistol grip stock features checkering, a cheekpiece, an ebony forend cap, a metal grip cap and a checkered plastic buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 99% of the original blue finish showing a few light handling marks with a very small patch of pitting near the muzzle. The stock is excellent with exception of a dime size spot of varnish loss on the cheekpiece, a few minor handling marks and retaining most of the finish with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
