Manufactured in 1936. Has a blade front sight and a fully adjustable military style rear sight. There are scope bases mounted to the heavy barrel with a spacing of 6 1/4 inches. The bolt has the "Speed Lock" installed. Mounted on a Laudensack style smooth pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent, 98% of the original blue finish remains with some minor muzzle, high edge and handling wear. A thin crack is present in the left rear of the frame, where the receiver engages with the bolt. The wood is also excellent with a few scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent. An extremely nice example of a Winchester Model 52 Pre-A Bolt Action Target Rifle.
