Manufactured in 1955. Has a nickel beaded blade front sight on a stippled ramp and a flip up elevation adjustable rear sight. The barrel has the seventh style markings with the oval "W/P" proofmark at the rear. The receiver ring is matted and the ring and bridge are factory tapped with scope mounts installed and a Redfield Bear Cub scope is installed. The receiver has the "straight" tang. The bright bolt has the matching serial number "340594" marked on the bottom and is fitted with the "late" style safety. Mounted on a replacement custom multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend tip, contrasting grip cap, sling swivels, raised cheekpiece, compass and a rubber buttplate. With a leather sling.

Fine with 95% of the original blue finish remains with some minor high edge and handling wear along with a few minor scratches. The custom replacement stock is very good with some scattered minor scratches, dings and a few small chips are absent. Mechanically excellent. The scope is excellent with clear optics.
