Manufactured in 1954. Hooded ramp front sight, folding adjustable leaf rear sight and scope blocks on the receiver. Standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proof on the barrel and receiver. Late safety, straight receiver tang, sling swivel stud on the forearm and polished bolt numbered to gun. The high comb pistol grip stock features checkering and an Old English butt pad.

Very fine. The rifle retains 90% plus faded original blue finish showing some very scattered light spotting. The bolt handle is thinning to a gray. The stock is fine with some minor handling marks and most of the finish remaining with some light blemishes in the overall crisp checkering. The buttstock sling swivel has been removed (hole not filled). Mechanically excellent.
