Description:

Exterior is green canvas over a cork body, with the crown constructed from six panels and the brim from 2 panels. With the dome-topped vent on top, an alloy Luftwaffe eagle on the left, national tricolor shield on the right, a green band protecting the chinstrap and sweatband hardware, brown leather edge trim and a matching colored chinstrap. The interior has a six-panel red cloth lining with the number six on the front-right panel, a tan leather sweatband with a makers mark impressed on the right side and the interior ink-stamped "56", "ORL" and "1942".

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall. A few minor handling marks are present on the leather, along with a small amount of lost stitching on the sweatband and brim edge and mild wear of the internal padding. The color and condition of the cloth is sharp throughout.
