1) Developed from Italian tropical warfare designs, the Sahariana was adopted by the Waffen-SS in 1943. Tan cotton cloth construction with no makers markings, showing the distinct peaked mantle at front and rear, with a half-length button up front, textured alloy shoulder board buttons and the remaining buttons in brown plastic . 2) Waffen-SS pith helmet, cork body construction with brown fabric exterior, fitted with an alloy SS and swastika shields on the right and left sides of the 6-panel crown, with brown leather trim on the 2-panel brim, a textured brown leather chinstrap, red cloth interior, and a brown leather sweatband size marked "57".

Both are very good, with some light stains and handling marks.
