A) Early Inland M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine

Description:

Manufactured circa 1942. The barrel is stamped "INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS/10-42". Equipped with a first style barrel band, a flat bolt, a straight faced slide, an unmodified magazine release, a push button safety and a two position flip rear sight. Fitted with a deep groove two rivet handguard and a high wood walnut stock with a crossed cannon cartouche on the right side, a "P" stamped on the grip cap area and "IO" stamped in the sling cutout. With a green web sling.

Rating Definition:

Restored, 97% of the dark green Arsenal refurbished parkerized finish remains with some scattered minor scratches along with some minor high edge and cycling wear. The sanded and reoiled walnut stock has some scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Has a first style barrel band with a shallow groove two rivet handguard, a straight faced slide, a flat bolt, a two position flip up rear sight, an unmarked magazine release and a push button safety marked "S'G'". The high wood walnut stock is stamped with a crossed cannon cartouche and a boxed "SG" cartouche on the right side along with "PSG" stamped in the sling cutout. With a green web sling.

Rating Definition:

Restored, 97% of the grayish green parkerized finish remains with some areas of wear on the barrel and high edges along with some scattered minor handling marks. There is some scattered minor pitting and dings underneath the finish. The lightly sanded stock is very good with scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.
