Manufactured in 1934. Has a hooded beaded blade front sight on a stippled ramp and a replacement Lyman peep sight in the receiver dovetail. The barrel and receiver are stamped with the "W/P" in an oval proofmark. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend tip, steel grip cap, raised cheekpiece, blank initial oval and checkered steel buttplate. With a leather sling.

Excellent as custom built, 95% of the high quality blue finish remains with some high edge and handling wear, along with scattered minor scratches and dings. The stock is very good with some scratches and dings along with some filled imperfections in the wood on the right side. Mechanically excellent.
