Manufactured from 1883 to 1909. Standard two line address/patent date information on top of the barrel rib. Matching numbers on frame, barrel, barrel latch and rear face of the cylinder. Pinned blade front and notch rear sights, blue finish with casehardened hammer and trigger and fitted with checkered S&W monogram grips. Comes with the correct hinged lid box with correct end label and "S.&W. 32 D.A.3 INCH" directions for use label affixed to the inside of the lid.

Very fine. The revolver retains 85% original blue finish with most of the finish loss on the cylinder which has a mix of dark patina and original blue finish. There is some thinning on the grip straps and scattered minor oxidation. The hammer and trigger retain most of the original case colors. The grips are excellent with light handling marks and crisp checkering. The markings are clear. The action is fine. The box is good as badly faded, showing some edge wear and fraying of the exterior material and light stains. There is some moderate wear to the tops of the inside walls , some wear and some staining in the interior.
