There are no visible markings on this massive blunderbuss. Brass barrel and iron remaining parts. Grip extension on the trigger guard with decorative finial, iron ramrod and mounted with a full length straight grip walnut stock with a scallop edges, iron buttplate and sling swivels.

Very good. The brass barrel has an attractive aged patina. The remaining parts have a brown and gray patina with heavy pitting on the buttplate. The stock is good with a minor crack behind the lock, on the upper left rear above the left side plate and on the left front of the forearm. There is a small chip on the left front and a repaired 4 1/2 inch crack on the upper right forearm. Overall there are scattered minor dents and dings. The action is fine.
