Fixed sights, with the left side of the slide marked with the Walther banner, two-line address/patent/caliber markings, and "Mod PP", a proper style hand-scribed matching partial number on the inside, and "eagle/N" proofs on the muzzle, chamber hood and frame. The serial number is stamped on the right side of the frame with "R.J." on the front grip strap. Still shrouded in mystery, the "R.J." marking has been found on a number of Walther pistols, and has been attributed to the Reichs Ministry of Justice. Fitted with black "WALTHER" banner grips and a matching colored magazine extension.

Excellent, with 97% of the original blue finish, showing bright wear along the high edges and scattered handling marks. The grips are excellent, with some light scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
