Items 1-3 are all engraved with a Nazi "party eagle" on the rim, with the addition of the letters "R K" flanking the wreathed swastika. Though not positively identified, a similarly modified party eagle has been seen on items attributed to Adolph Hitler's Reichs Chancellery (or Reichskanzlei, in German). 1-3) Silver platter set, consisting of two platters measuring 18 3/8 inches and 15 3/4 inches across, and an expansion rim 14 inches wide across the top and 1 5/8 inches deep that fits the smaller platter. The larger platter has no makers marks, the smaller platter is marked "WELLNER/67" and "15 65 17", and the expansion is marked "WELLNER". 4-7) Silver plated tea set, consisting of a sugar bowl (with lid), creamer, and two teapots, measuring 8 1/2 and 5 1/2 inches tall. All four have white ceramic inner linings, and none have makers markings or hallmarks. 8) RLB armband, blue cloth with silver border ribbons, embroidered with a white and dark blue logo front and center. "ERHA-WUPPERTAL GES. GESCH" is embroider on the back near the seam. 9) Order of the German Eagle presentation document, 9 3/4 inches by 13 1/2 inches, pre-printed "In the name of the/German/People/I give/(blank space for name)/The Honor Cross/of the Order of the German/Eagle/Third Class/Berlin on (blank for date)/The Leader/(Hitler Signature)/The Chief of the Order Chancellery/(blank for signature)/State Minister/(blank for signature)", with a raised seal in the lower left corner.

1-7) Very good overall, with mild handling marks. A few thin cracks are visible in the ceramic, and the platters show some areas of relatively darker patina. 8) Excellent, with a few stains and handling marks. 9) Good, with a vertical fold, some minor tears and a few stains. Text is very good, with a well defined party eagle.
