Description:

1) 1940 pattern Luftwaffe helmet, black finished steel with the single eagle decal on the left side. The brim is stamped "ET64" and "209", with "ZELENKO L21068" in white paint. 2) Luftwaffe "crusher" pattern officers cap, dark gray felt construction with an alloy eagle and cockade, black band with light brown waffenfarbe trim (pre-1936 Signals), and a black patent leather visor and chinstrap. With a gray rayon inner lining.

Rating Definition:

1) Good, with some flaking, handling marks and a brown patina on the exposed steel. The lacing is absent from the webbing, with some cracks and scuffs. 2) Fair, with mild handling marks overall, a crushed internal band and an absent sweatband.
