Manufactured in 1931. The left side of the slide is marked with the elongated two line address/patent dates and the right side is marked "COLT SUPER.38/AUTOMATIC" followed by the Rampant Colt. The upper left front of the trigger guard is marked with the letter "W" over the Colt triangle proof with "60" on the opposite side. All nickel finish, fixed sights, checkered trigger, magazine release, slide hold open, thumb safety and wide spur hammer, nickel magazine marked "COLT/SUPER .38 AUTO" on the bottom and fitted with smooth pearl grips.

Very fine. The pistol retains 90% original nickel plating with some edge wear, light scratches and extensive scattered minor flaking. The period replacement grips are very good with a small chip next to the upper left side screw. The markings are clear. Mechanically fine.
