Manufactured in 1980; original examples were manufactured in limited numbers in the 1890s, the Police Gatling was a variant of the shortened "Bulldog" Gatling, with an in-line crank handle and manually powered Accles drum magazine, marketed towards police forces for use as a civil defense/anti-riot weapon. Measuring 13 inches long (crank included), with a brass jacketed 6-barrel cluster top-feeding from a single magazine, adjustable sights on the right side, aiming handle on the left, and reproduction Colt nomenclature behind the magazine. The gun is mounted on a matching-numbered folding tripod with adjustable traverse and elevation. Included with the lot is an after-market case configured to transport the gun, tripod and magazine when taken down.
