This example was manufactured in late 1943. It has since been accurized with a Krieger 1 in 11 twist barrel stamped "7.62", there is a steel block welded to the rear of the receiver that is bolted to a steel block that is inletted into the smooth maple pistol grip stock. The forward half of the receiver has been bedded to the stock. The side of the front sight is stamped "075" and the rear peep sight is stamped "NM". The bolt and side of the trigger housing have been marked with the matching serial number and the trigger housing is dated "4/88".

Fine as custom accurized, 97% plus of the Arsenal style refurbished parkerized finish with some scattered minor scratches and dings along with the numbers marked on the bolt. As mentioned above there is a steel block welded to the receiver with two discolored spots. The replacement stock is very good with some scattered scratches and dings along with being bedded to the rifle. Mechanically excellent.
