Description:

Manufactured in late 1944. The barrel is stamped with a "W/P" in an oval proofmark. Has the first style barrel band, an angled faced slide, a round bolt, a two position flip rear sight, a push button safety and a standard magazine release. Has a 4 rivet handguard and is mounted on a low wood walnut stock with a crossed cannon cartouche on the right side and a "W" stamped in the sling cutout. With a green canvas sling.

Rating Definition:

Fine as professionally restored with, 99% of the dark green parkerized finish remains with some scattered minor handling marks and minor cycling wear. The lightly sanded and reoiled stock is very fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches.
