Rating Definition:

Professionally embellished (possibly by DuPont/Krieghoff when new), the 12 gauge barrels retain 95% of the high quality blue finish with some scattered wear and handling marks along with the bottom of the monobloc polished bright. The remaining 3 barrel sets retain 98% of the high quality blue finish with scattered minor scratches, dings and wear. The ejectors have had the sharp edges rounded smooth. All of the barrels have had the forcing cones lengthened and the 12 and 20 gauge barrels have been ported. The receiver retains 80% of the high quality blue finish with mostly handling and high edge wear. The engraving remains sharp and virtually all of the gold inlay remains. The replacement wood is very good with scattered minor scratches and dings along with a small tight hairline crack at the bottom tang, smoothed checkering, a couple minor chips and a recoil pad added. Mechanically excellent with some weak ejectors. The case is very good with stains, scuffs, scratches and wear.
