This English made shotgun features floral scroll and rose bouquet engraving on the receiver, side plates, break lever, forearm hardware, trigger guard and tangs. Each side plate is engraved "COGSWELL & HARRISON LTD". There is a single brass bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib engraved "COGSWELL & HARRISON LTD. "KONOR" 168. PICCADILLY. LONDON." and a small portion of floral scroll engraving at the breech end. The barrels are choked .005/.007 and is chambered for 2 3/4 inch shells with ejectors. The receiver and side plates are casehardened and the remaining metal surfaces are blue. The serial number is engraved on the lower tang and the matching number is marked on the inside of the forearm latch assembly and on the bottom of the left barrel. Double triggers and tang mounted automatic safety with gold "SAFE" marking. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered walnut splinter forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with teardrop flats, a checkered bare butt and silver initial oval engraved "DW" mounted on the bottom. Length of pull is 14 3/8 inches.

Very good, the barrels retain 95% of the original blue finish with some muzzle and high edge wear along with some scratches and minor dings. The casehardened components, trigger plate and lower tang have been polished bright. The engraving remains sharp overall. The wood has been lightly sanded and reoiled along with some scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent.
