Manufactured in 1955. There is a blank installed in the muzzle dovetail, there are two scope blocks mounted towards the rear of the heavy barrel and the left rear of the receiver is factory tapped for sight mounting with filler screws installed. The barrel is stamped with a short inscription towards the breech end of the barrel. The oval "W/P" proofmark is stamped on the lower left front of the receiver and lower left rear of the barrel. Mounted on a smooth walnut pistol grip stock with an accessory rail in the forend having a plastic palm stop/sling swivel installed and a checkered steel buttplate. The magazine is absent with a single shot adaptor installed.

Excellent, 98% of the original blue finish remains with a few scattered scratches and scuffs along with some minor high edge wear. The stock is also excellent with some scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
