Manufactured in 1921. Contoured side frame with the saddle ring and stud mounted on the left side. The left side of the receiver is marked with the standard two-line address/patent dates and the top of the receiver ring is marked with the Winchester oval proof over ".30/ARMY." and the upper tang is marked with the three line model/maker/patent information. Pinned ramped blade front sight, military style tangent rear sight with graduations on the left side of the base and graduated to 18 on the ladder. All blue finish , and mounted with a smooth military style forearm with grasping groove and matching handguard secured by a barrel band and straight grip stock with a steel carbine buttplate with compartment containing a pull though bore cleaner. Comes with an old plain tan cardboard box.

Excellent plus, near new. The carbine retains 99% plus original blue finish with some barely noticeable light flaking on the forward portion of magazine. The wood is also excellent plus with a couple tiny dings and slight handling/storage marks. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
