Manufactured in 1917. Has the standard PH grade floral scroll engraving around the screw heads with flourishes on the trigger plate and bolsters. The Twist steel barrels have a single nickel bead sight, are choked .025/.027 and the chambers measure 3 inches with an extractor. The frame is a size 2 with a tang mounted safety and double triggers. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap, blank silver initial shield and a checkered hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/8 inches.

Very good, the barrels retain 90% of the brown finish with nearly all of the twist pattern visible. The casehardened components retain 30% of the bright case colors with a mostly smooth brown patina on the balance. The wood is fine with scattered dings, scratches and some scattered minor chips are present. Mechanically excellent.
