Manufactured in 1891. The receiver, trigger guard plate and forearm hardware have the standard floral scroll engraving. The Twist steel barrels have a single nickel bead sight, the chokes measure .020.025 and the chambers measure 2 7/8 inches with an extractor. Has a tang mounted safety, double triggers and a size 3 frame. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap, blank silver initial shield and a hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches.

Fine, the barrels retain most of the original brown finish with much of the Twist pattern visible. There are scattered dings, scratches and some patches of minor oxidation. The lower tang/trigger guard has a mixed brown and gray patina. The casehardened components retain bright original case colors on the inside of the forearm hardware with a mostly gray patina on the balance. The wood is fine as refinished with scratches, dings and bruises along with smoothed checkering and some chipping at the toe. Mechanically excellent.
