Manufactured by Colt for the government of Argentina, the Model 1927 pistol was nearly identical to the Colt Government Model. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the two-line Colt address/patent dates on the left side of the slide next to the Rampant Colt, and the right showing the Crest of Argentina and "EJERCITO ARGENTINO./COLT CAL.45 MOD. 1927". It has the checkered slide stop and thumb safety, arched mainspring housing, with lanyard loop, milled checkered trigger, wide hammer with checkered spur, long grip safety and fully-checkered grips. The barrel is marked "N P" and "M" on the lug, with a chrome-lined bore.

Very fine as arsenal refinished, with 95% of the blue, showing scattered dings and dents, bright wear along the high edges, and mild handling marks. The grips are fine, with light dents. Mechanically excellent.
