Description:

Developed by the Special Devices Center of the Office of Naval Research and manufactured by J.H. Keeney & Cop of Chicago, this is a 95 inch long oversized demonstration model of the 1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle. Used in classroom settings, the model demonstrates the internal parts of the rifle, including the open bolt operation. With a dismountable base, bearing i.d. plates from the manufacturer and the United States Army, and one detachable magazine.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with mild handling marks and some loose components. The floor plate, spring and follower for the magazine are absent. Mechanically good.
