A) Inland M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine

Description:

Manufactured in early 1944. The barrel is marked "INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS/1-44". Equipped with a first style barrel band, a shallow groove two rivet handguard, a flat bolt, an unmodified magazine release, a push button safety, a straight faced slide and a two position flip rear sight. Mounted on a low wood walnut stock with a crossed cannon cartouche on the right side and "IO" stamped in the sling cutout. With a green web sling.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal refurbished, then restored with 98% of a grayish/green parkerized finish remains with some high edge and cycling wear along with some scattered minor scratches. The sanded stock is very good with some scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in June 1943. The barrel is marked "INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS/5-43". There is a type 1 barrel band installed, a flat bolt, a straight faced slide, a two position flip rear sight, an unmarked magazine release and a push button safety. Has a shallow groove two rivet handguard and a high wood walnut stock with a crossed cannon cartouche on the right side and "Q-RMC" stamped in the sling cutout.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal refurbished, then restored with 98% of the dark green parkerized finish remains with some scattered minor marks, some minor high edge wear and some minor cycling wear. The bolt retains 95% of the blue finish with cycling wear. The sanded stock is very good with some scattered minor scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent.
