Description:

The maker's mark on the lock plate is unclear ("FLORKLA"?), but "A LIEGE" is discernable below it. The barrel is equipped with a brass blade front sight. Light engraving patterns are seen throughout including on the ornate side plate and butt. The walnut stock has some carved designs including an oak leaf near the ramrod entry pipe. A flared ramrod with iron tip plate is included.

Rating Definition:

Good as converted to percussion. The surfaces remain partially bright with some areas of darker patina, some areas of light pitting, and some light oxidation. The stock is fair as repaired and revarnished with some light scrapes and pressure marks. The rear side plate screw is absent. Mechanically excellent.
