Description:

Manufactured circa 1878-1892, this revolver has the two line barrel address and patent information that extend onto the top strap. It has Nimschke style engraving patterns, a nickel plated finish with casehardened hammer, standard sights, and is fitted with smooth mother of pearl grips. The matching serial number is marked on the barrel latch, cylinder, and butt.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. 75% plus of the nickel plating remains with some patches of oxidation and some light pitting. Traces of the faded case colors are visible on the hammer, and the trigger retains 25% of the blue finish. The grips are very good with some slight aging from handling. Mechanically fine with crisp markings and engraving patterns.
