LTC Robert Downie's "RCD" proof is on the left side of the frame with a stamped trigger, long grip safety, checkered thin hammer, slide catch, safety and mainspring housing, a full blue "COLT/45 AUTO" magazine, reinforced Keyes-Fiber grips, and a High Standard barrel.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 90% of the original du-lite finish, showing bright edge wear and mild handling marks overall. A square inch patch of heavy surface rust is present on the bottom of the front strap, continuing onto the base of the commercial magazine. The grips are excellent, with mild dings. Mechanically excellent.
