This revolver was manufactured in 1959 and has the standard markings including matching numbers and features the standard blade front and frame notch sights along with checkered hard rubber grips with Rampant Colt emblems. Wilkerson's production estimates in THE POST-WAR SINGLE ACTION REVOLVER, 1955-1975 place the total production of nickel .45 Colt revolvers at 4,219 with only 1,439 of those produced with a 7 1/2 inch barrel. It includes an unnumbered factory black box with correct gold end label, a cleaning brush, warranty card, manual, and "Handling the Handgun" pamphlet.

Near new with only slight handling/storage marks and a faint cylinder drag line. The box is very good with some wear on the edges and corners as is typical from storage. An outstanding example complete with correct factory box!
