Manufactured in 1953. Standard markings and features with bead blade front and open elevation adjustable rear sights, 17 groove flat bottom forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered steel butt plate.

Very fine as modified for side mounted scope base (now absent) with 95% original blue finish on balance and some small cycling marks on the barrel, magazine tube and slide rail, concentrated in areas commonly contacted during normal cycling of the action. Slide is very good with a glossy finish and some minor handling marks. Stock is very fine with small scratches and pressure indentations throughout and a small chip at the butt. Mechanically excellent.
