Manufactured in 1957, this rifle has a nickel bead front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight. The barrel has the three line trade mark followed by "MODEL 61/22 S.L. OR L.R." along with the "W/P" proofmarks at the breech on the barrel and grooved receiver. It is fitted with a seventeen groove flat bottom walnut forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. It comes with the numbers matching factory box with original papers including a Model 61 hang tag.

Very fine. The rifle retains 95% plus of the original blue finish with slide retraction wear, some scattered minor scratches and light handling/storage marks. The wood is excellent with only slight handling marks. The box is very good with some tears, small burn marks, and general storage wear.
