Manufactured in 1941. Hooded ramp front sight, rear sight removed with filler block added and Redfield 2x-7x scope. Standard Winchester markings including the factory proof on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Pre-war safety, cloverleaf receiver tang, polished bolt numbered to the gun and a hinged floor plate. The pistol grip stock features checkering, leather sling and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 95% slightly thin original blue finish showing some loss at the muzzle, some thinning to a brown and high edge wear on the buttplate. Bolt handle has been polished bright. The revarnished stock is very fine with some minor handling marks and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope has clear optics.
