Class: Curio & Relic Handgun
Description:

Introduced in 1910, with a single symbol kanji stamp and "168" added to the left side of the frame, fixed sights and FN/Browning standard markings overall. The grips are checkered, with "FN" imprints at the top. With a brown leather Japanese-style flap holster, unmarked with an extra magazine. Like some European militaries, the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy left it up to individual high-ranking officers to procure their own sidearms. Even though the Baby Nambu was an option, many Admirals and Generals gave national pride a pass and reached for a Browning.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 70% of the faded original blue finish, showing bright wear along the high edges, a few light dings around the butt and areas of gray and brown patina. The grips are very good, with a few light scuffs. Holster is very good, the button snap base for the magazine pouch detached, mild scuffing and a few light edge tears. Mechanically excellent.
