This is just an excellent plus, near new Colt Model 1903 hammerless type pocket pistol as manufactured in 1930. This wonderful pistol is accompanied by its original pre-war maroon shipping box. The slide has the late one-block, two-line, Colt address and patent dates ending in 1897 and 1903 with the Colt Rampant Horse logo behind the serrations. The right side is marked "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS", and it is fitted with standard fixed sights. The serial number is marked on the left side of the frame. The barrel has the all blued finish with the bright polished chamber area. It is fitted with Colt checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions at the top of each grip panel. The pistol comes with one all blued magazine marked on the base plate, "CAL .32/COLT". As noted it comes with the original maroon shipping box with the end label that reads: "COLT AUTOMATIC PISTOL .32" with the matching serial number written in pencil on the underside of the box. It also includes an original Colt instruction sheet, a smaller special instruction sheet and the original bore brush.

Excellent with 98% plus of the original blue finish overall with just a hint of wear on the very front and upper edges of the slide. The grips are also in excellent condition with nice sharp and distinct checking on both grips with just a very minor small pressure dent on the lower right side. The box is in very good condition with some minor scuffing on the edges and separation on the corners of the lid, with the end label completely intact, with all the corners intact. Another example of an extremely nice, really high condition Colt pre-war 1903 hammerless automatic pistol.
