Description:

Measuring 22 1/2 inches overall, with a fixed blade sight, bayonet lug, locking flange marked ".30-'06/41", and a chamber marked "2256E" on the underside, and "CAL 7 m/m" on top, along with some South American, possibly Argentinean proofs. Argentina is known to have expressed interest in the Johnson, but in the end no contracts were issued. The underside of the barrel between the flange and lug is marked with the one line Navy Arms address.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as importer refurbished, with 95% of the matte gray finish, showing some bright wear along the edges and scattered handling marks. Spare barrels for Johnson rifles are very scarce.
