Re-introduced in 1978 and manufactured through 1982. Patridge front and adjustable square notch rear sights, with the "ACE" diamond on both sides of the slide and the Model, caliber and Rampant Colt on the left. Fitted with a set of serrated controls and a pair of checkered Colt medallion grips. The original yellow octagon safety tag is present on the trigger guard.

Excellent with 98% plus original blue finish showing a few tiny handling marks overall. A few tiny pressure dents are present on the grips, which are otherwise very sharply checkered. Mechanically very good; the trigger and slide stop are a bit stiff, likely due to storage grease.
