Description:

This original posthumous bronze casted sculpture of Will Rogers' head was created by Charles M Russell (American:1864-1926 the sculpture is a caricature of Will Rogers, showing age wrinkles, a sly smile, and his cowboy hat atop his head. The sculpture is signed, dated "1904", and there is also a steer head logo on the backside of the bust. The sculpture measures 11-1/2" high, 10" long, 9" wide. The bronze sits on a circular base that is 6" in diameter.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with a well aged dark bronze finish. Base is excellent.
