Manufactured in 1963, this revolver is an alloy framed, lightweight version of the Detective Special. Fixed serrated front sight and square notch rear sight. Standard markings and features. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions. With correct Colt factory two-piece "woodgrain" box.

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% plus of the original blue finish with a few minor dings and a faint cylinder drag line. The grips have crisp checkering. The box is good with remnants of masking tape, some exterior paper loss and edge wear.
