Manufactured in 1897. Single brass bead sight on the matte concave solid rib marked "PARKER BROS MAKERS. MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL", with improved modified chokes, 2 7/16 inch chambers and a one-piece extractor. The casehardened frame is marked "2" on the water table, with light scroll engraving, "PARKER BROS" on each side, and game scenes of two birds on each side and the bottom. Checkered pistol grip stock, with a hard rubber grip cap and Parker Brothers buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Good. The barrels show a solid Damascus pattern, with mild spotting and handling marks. The frame shows a mixed brown and gray patina, with traces of original color in the protected areas. The wood is good as refurbished, with a few areas of filler material and a light revarnish. Mechanically very good.
