Manufactured in 1928. With a fixed blade front and fixed notch rear sights. Features an extensive floral and scroll engraving with punch dot background. Engraving covers approximately 85 to 90 percent of the visible surfaces of the pistol. The trigger, safety switch, extractor and rear sight have been done in a brilliant niter blue contrasted beautifully against a more traditional high polish deep blue finish. Fitted with pearl grips with inset gold Colt medallions. Engravers signature "J.ADAMS" is found on the right side of the frame at the top just below the slide.

Very fine as custom embellished. 99% of the custom blue finish remains and minimal handling marks. Niter blue small parts are brilliant. Grips are very fine with some small scratches. Engravings are crisp and well defined. Mechanically excellent.
