Manufactured in 1920. Standard fixed sights, two-block, two-line patent dates (1897 & 1902)/address with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations, serial number on the left side of the frame, and "AUTOMATIC COLT/CALIBRE 38 RIMLESS SMOKELESS" on the right side of the slide. The left side of the trigger guard bow is marked with the Colt "VP" triangle proof and "1" inspector mark, "96" on the right. Colt blued finish with color casehardened hammer, full blue magazine marked "CAL. 38/COLT" and black checkered grips with Rampant Colt logos in the center and "COLT" in a ribbon at the top.

Excellent, with 95% plus of the original blue finish, showing some light spotting and handling marks overall, along with the beginnings of a gray patina on the grip straps. The grips are also excellent, with some mild dents concentrated on the left panel. Mechanically excellent.
