Manufactured in 1932 with standard fixed front and rear sights. Left side of slide is marked with the two-line address/patent dates. Right side of slide is marked with the standard manufacturer and caliber designation. Right frame has the model and serial information. Fitted with the correct A1 plain checkered walnut grips, checkered trigger and a checkered arched mainspring housing with lanyard staple.

Near fine with 60% faded original blue finish. Displaying areas of edge wear on the high points. The top of the slide has a rough section with pitting and finish loss between the front and rear sights. Rust spotting around the sight bases, visible rust on the barrel at the ejection port and small areas of scattered pitting throughout. Grips are excellent with crisp checkering and some minor handling marks. Mechanically functions but is gummed up internally due to rust.
