Produced between 1913 and 1932, this rifle has a blade front and adjustable 2-leaf rear sights with the 2-line Buffalo address and "PATENTS PENDING" marks on top of the barrel and "256 NEWTON" on the left. The receiver is unmarked with textured panels on top and adjustable double set triggers. It is mounted with a checkered pistol grip stock with Schnabel forearm tip and a smooth buttplate. "3215" is marked on the bottom of bolt and the inside of the floor plate.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The rifle retains 95% of the original blue finish with only a few minor scratches and marks. The top and edges of the buttplate have some brown patina. The stock is very good with a few small scuffs. At present, the bolt slides out of the rifle when pulled back rather than catching. The markings are all crisp and clear.
