Manufactured in 1899 as stated in the included factory letter. With a single brass bead sight on a solid matte rib, choked improved cylinder and modified with 3 inch chambers. Receiver is a casehardened finish, with double triggers and the standard "NEW ITHACA GUN" inscription on both sides. With knurled hammers and a checkered break lever. Mounted on a checkered round knob pistol grip stock, with checkered splinter forearm, and a solid Ithaca Gun buttplate. Length of pull is 13 7/8 inches.

Very good overall. Barrels 60% of their original brown finish, with an excellent damascus twisting pattern. Receiver is very good, with 85% of its original casehardened finish, some silvering has occurred at the fences and the underside. Stock is very good, with a glossy shine and crisp checkering. With scattered small scratches and pressure indentations throughout. Mechanically excellent.
