Manufactured circa 1899. Single nickel bead sight on the matte rib, with light engraving at the breech, cylinder chokes, 2 3/4 inch chambers and an extractor. The frame is marked "2/16" on the water table, with scroll engraving, starburst patterns on the screws and "ITHACA GUN CO." on each side. The frame is fitted with dual triggers and an automatic safety. Checkered pistol grip stock with a splinter forearm and a checkered hard rubber grip cap and Ithaca buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very good as refinished. The barrel shows a strong Damascus pattern overall, with scattered light pitting and mild handling marks. Traces of bright case color are present on the frame, concentrated around the recoil shield, triggers and lever. Stock is good, with some cracking at the top front of the wrist, scuffing and dings and a fine tiger stripe grain pattern. Mechanically good.
