Semi-automatic copy of the original 1928 SMG with fixed front sight and folding adjustable rear sight, walnut vertical forearm, pistol grips with finger grooves and a walnut buttstock. The finned barrel is fitted with a Cutts compensator, and a sling swivel is found on the buttstock. Receiver markings are standard. In a black FBI style leather carrying case with red felt lining, 17 stick magazines (15- 30 round and 2- 20 round), an Auto-Ordnance type L drum magazine, a Seymour Products Co., type L drum magazine, two magazine pouches and papers.

Very good overall with 95% original blue finish, areas of edge wear, cycling marks at the bolt cut out, scattered scratches and hot spot at the chamber. Stock is very good with attractive grain and scattered small scratches and handling marks. Case is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
