Introduced in 1944, this variant of the Schmidt-Rubin Rifle integrates a 2.8x scope with a unique periscope head, which lays against the stock for storage and transport, swiveling up for use. Blade and tangent sights, with the Swiss Cross on top of the receiver, matching magazine and a matching bolt with cocking ring and barrel knob grip. Smooth pistol grip stock with forearm grasping grooves, a brown leather sling, small Swiss Cross proof on the right side and a smooth flat buttplate.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 90% of the blue finish showing some light handling marks and a few areas of gray patina. Import marks are present on the barrel. Stock is also very fine, with dents and scratches. Optics are a bit hazy and might benefit from cleaning. Mechanically excellent.
