Fixed sights, with the "42" date on the chamber, "byf" manufacturer code on the front toggle, and "eagle/swastika" and "eagle/135" proofs in the appropriate external locations. Small components are finished in a full blue, with external numbers (sans magazine) matching. Fitted with a pair of black plastic grips and an "eagle/37" marked blue magazine with unmarked black plastic base.

Excellent, with 90% plus of the original blue finish, showing a few areas of gray and brown patina on the grip straps, bright edge wear, and mild handling marks and spotting. The grips are good, with the right panel a bit loose and a few pressure dents. Mechanically very good.
